If your order includes Certification and/or Resizing, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for processing.

The processing period may vary depending on the item and the service required.

Certification

Certification requests require additional processing time from licensed brand authenticators before the item can proceed to shipping preparation.

Resizing

Jewelry and luxury ring pieces requiring resizing will undergo the necessary Japanese jeweler craftsmanship and quality check before shipment.

Please note: Orders with Certification and/or Resizing may require additional processing time and will only be arranged for shipment once the requested service has been completely finished.

Shipping fees are separate from the item price.

Shipping rates displayed on the website are for reference and customer awareness only.

The final shipping fee is confirmed based on the destination, item/package size, weight, and shipping eligibility.

For website orders, the shipping fee is automatically calculated from the destination and saved Shipping Units, then included in the Square checkout total.

For live-selling or manually combined purchases, use the calculator as a guide and wait for our logistics team to confirm the final package after physical inspection.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, customs, flight schedules, or other circumstances beyond JLCC's control.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, JLCC is not responsible for courier-related delays, loss, or damage.
