Unless otherwise stated, JLCC items are pre-owned / second-hand and may show signs of previous use. Condition descriptions, photographs, videos, and other product information are provided for reference.
JLCC will disclose all known and noticeable conditions of the item, including scratches, stains, discoloration, wear, odors, deterioration, repairs, alterations, missing parts, and other imperfections identified during inspection. Customers are encouraged to review the available product information and request additional details or photos before purchase.
Product photographs and videos may vary in appearance due to lighting, camera settings, screen displays, viewing angles, and image processing. Customers may request additional photographs, videos, measurements, or other information before completing a purchase if needed.
For website orders, boxes, dust bags, certificates, cards, tags, straps, pouches, receipts, packaging, and other accessories are not included unless specifically stated in the product listing, invoice, or otherwise confirmed by JLCC. The appearance of an accessory or packaging in product photos does not guarantee that it is included.
JLCC makes reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, system error, technical error, or incorrect price, JLCC reserves the right to verify and confirm the correct price.
An automated order confirmation email or invoice does not constitute final contract acceptance.
If an order is affected by a confirmed pricing or system error, JLCC will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible. JLCC reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of the amount paid.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the available product information and had the opportunity to request additional information or clarification before completing the transaction.
For website orders, concerns regarding item differences or defective products must be reported within two (2) days upon receipt. Depending on the issue, JLCC may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, or return, subject to the applicable Return & Exchange Policy.
For approved returns, shipping and related expenses will be handled according to JLCC’s Return & Exchange Policy. Bank or transfer fees for refunds shall be borne by the customer.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
