Your trust comes first. If any item purchased from JAPAN LUXURY BY CHRISTIAN CARLOS is proven to be fake, clients are legally entitled to a FULL REFUND.

The item must undergo certification from a verified and licensed brand authenticator to validate the claim.

Pre-loved luxury items may have additional flaws that are not always visible or mentioned during live selling.

We do our best to disclose all imperfections, but client discretion is advised.

Pre-loved items are not defect-free, and prices are significantly lower than brand-new pieces for this reason.

All used bags and wallets are sold “as is.”

By confirming your order, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Each live session has a separate invoice as it serves as the official receipt for purchases made during that specific event, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

Yes. Items from different live sessions may be shipped together, subject to declared value and additional fees based on weight.

No. Layaway invoices are processed separately to ensure proper handling and documentation.

If an item is no longer eligible for replacement or repair and the client still wishes to proceed, the item may be shipped back to JLCC.

• All shipping (to and from) and repair costs will be shouldered by the client
• Repairs may take more than two (2) weeks

Any concerns must be reported within two (2) days upon receipt of the item. Issues reported beyond this period will no longer be acknowledged.

Photos and videos (upon request) are provided as proof that items are properly checked prior to shipment.

A clear unboxing video showing the damage upon opening the parcel is required. This will be reviewed with the supplier for possible refund or replacement.

No proof, no exchange. Refunds will not be processed.

Paid items may be stored for up to two (2) weeks. After this period, a ¥3,660/₱1,500 storage fee per invoice will apply.

Layaway items cannot be shipped with paid items unless storage fees are settled.

For every ¥1,000,000 in total purchases, clients earn ¥10,000 worth of reward points redeemable on future transactions.

Simply inform us during checkout that you wish to apply your points.

A ₱1,500 or ¥3,660 cancellation fee applies to any item, regardless of size or value, if:

• Cancellation is made after the live selling session, or
• More than twenty-four (24) hours after invoice confirmation

This also applies to item changes, and the fee will be charged per item cancelled.

To make your checkout smooth and flexible, JLCC offers multiple payment options:

Shipping timelines depend on payment confirmation and item readiness. Please note that shipments may be affected by factors such as authentication, repairs, resizing, certification, or delayed payments.

Once all requirements are completed, your item will be scheduled for shipment accordingly.

Yes. JLCC ships both locally and internationally.

Shipping fees, declared value, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client. These may vary depending on destination and courier policies.

Layaway items are processed separately from fully paid items. Shipping will only be arranged once the layaway balance is fully settled.

Layaway invoices cannot be combined with other invoices for shipping to ensure accurate documentation and handling.

Our layaway plan is designed to be clear and straightforward:

• Equal monthly payments are required.
• No monthly payment = automatic forfeiture.
• No refunds, no item changes, no cancellations.
• Strictly no extensions.

IMPORTANT: Failure to respond or make any payment for 30 days will result in the cancellation of your layaway plan. The item will be forfeited and made available for sale to other buyers.

• We do not ship on holidays. Shipment schedules may be adjusted accordingly.
• Weekends and holidays are not considered working days.
• The total invoice amount must be paid in full before shipping can be processed.
• Shipping will only proceed once payment is reflected in our account.

• Returns and item exchanges will not be acknowledged.
• Cancellations will result in a cancellation fee, which will be added to the invoice.

Live Selling Agreement: At the end of the live selling session, confirmed miners will receive an invoice. A downpayment must be settled within 24 hours after order confirmation. Full payment is required within three (3) days. Failure to complete any payment within 72 hours will result in automatic forfeiture, and a cancellation fee will be charged.

Offlive Agreement: Orders placed offlive will also receive an invoice, following the exact same downpayment timeline and 72-hour full payment deadlines and forfeiture rules.

• RANK N - Completely brand new, straight from the source.
• RANK S - Completely unused.
• RANK SA - Good as new, with no flaws or signs of use (mint / excellent condition).
• RANK A - Almost new, with minor and barely noticeable flaws; usually improved through bag SPA treatment.
• RANK AB - Good condition with minor flaws (e.g., light creases, soft handles, minor scratches).
• RANK B - Good condition with visible signs of use (slight wear on edges or handles, watermarks, minor sticky pockets).
• RANK C - Exterior is still acceptable, but interior may have odor, torn handles, loose stitches, or sticky pockets.
